Describing people.

Describing people as well as yourself is very important in all languages - it's great for conversations and can help in writing.

When describing yourself, you use I and my. For example: I am 21, I have 1 cat, my favourite colour is pink and my surname is Walker.

This is different when you are describing other people. You can use they, their, she, her, him, and his.

Her name is Melissa and she is 50. She loves coffee and has 2 daughters.

He/His is used when describing men whilst She/Her is used to describe women. They/Their is used to describe plurals (groups of people).

Born on 27th December 1995, Timothee Chalamet is an American actor. He made his acting debut in 2014 and gained recognition for his roles in Call Me By Your Name (2017) and Beautiful Boy (2019). For his role in Call Me By Your Name, he was nominated for Best Actor at the Academy Awards and was later nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the BAFTAs for his portrayal in Beautiful Boy.

He can speak French fluently and graduated from Fiorello H LaGuardia High School. He started studying Cultural Anthropology at Columbia University but left to pursue his acting career.
He had a recurring role in Homeland (2012) and debuted in Men, Women and Children and Interstellar (2014) in minor roles. Future roles include The King, Little Women and the highly anticipated Dune, directed by Paul Atreides.

As of 2017, they have sold over 50 million records worldwide.
In 2010, all members individually auditioned for the X-Factor but were formed into a band by Simon Cowell. After leaving the competition, they released their debut single 'What Makes You Beautiful' in 2011. The band's first album, Up All Night was released in 2011 and became the fastest selling album of 2011. This is Us, a film about the band, was released in August 2013 and they created their first fragrance, Our Moment - which was the best selling fragrance of Christmas 2013.

In March 2015, Zayn left the band to pursue a solo carrer. The band's fifth album - with four members, 'Made in the AM' was released in November 2015. This was followed by the announcement that the band would go on hiatus to relax and focus on other projects. By May 2017, all members had released individual work and the band's reunion is yet to be confirmed.
